Dr Vincent Chipiliro Jumbe is a distinguished Global Health scholar, Bioethicist, and Futurist whose career spans advanced research, higher education leadership, and transformative health systems work across Africa and Europe. He holds a PhD in Global Health–Health Systems from Trinity College Dublin, an MA in Bioethics from KU Leuven, Belgium an MPH from the University of Malawi, College of Medicine and a BA in Humanities from the University of Malawi. In founding the Global Institute for Postgraduate Training (GIPT), Dr Jumbe brings together his academic depth, policy influence, and visionary leadership. He is shaping GIPT into Africa’s premier hub for Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) skills, innovation, and applied research, championing a future where African professionals lead global knowledge production and technological transformation.
